HeartBeat is not a medical product. It cannot be used for medical purposes. It is not a clinical pulse oximeter. If you know that your pulse rate is critical to your health, you can go one step further and have your heart rate measured by a medical professional or specialized medical device.

Business functions:

When you know your heart rate, in order to provide you with relevant services, we may require you to open the following terminal system permissions:

1. Camera permission, used when measuring heart rate, only used to capture finger reflective light through the camera and calculate heart rate value through local algorithm.

2. Flashlight permission, used when measuring heart rate, only used to illuminate the finger so that the camera can catch the light reflecting from the finger.

3. Read and write calendar permission, only for reminder function, enable the timer heart rate measurement reminder.

If you refuse to grant the above permission, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions. Data generated in the application is only stored in the mobile phone local, the application does not have any registration or login or other access to collect users' personal data, personal sensitive data will not be collected.


Other business functions:

1. To continuously improve and optimize our service experience, the product breakdown, we may collect your device model, operating system type and version, system language area in time, the only equipment identification number, IP address, close the crash logs, bosom heart rate using frequency/click record and access networks, types and status.

2. Heartbeats may provide services to redirect to third party applications/websites in advertising partnerships. Please read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of third-party applications/websites carefully before using them. Heart Rate does not touch or save any data you have while using third party applications/websites.

3. We may require you to provide your name, mobile phone number, email address and other valid contact information for the convenience of contacting you or helping you solve problems when you give feedback, consultation or complaint to Heart Rate. If you refuse to provide the above information, it may affect the timely handling of problems and feedback.


How do we use cookies and similar technologies

1. The heart rate itself does not allow cookies and similar technologies. To provide normal service, Heart-rate will present some information in the form of web pages - such as this Privacy Agreement you are reading - but these pages do not contain cookies.

2. The heart rate may jump to open the web pages provided by the advertiser in the advertising cooperation, and these web pages may contain cookies. These cookies are set by the advertising service provider to ensure the advertising, and the heart rate does not read or store these cookies.
